Particularly good and unbeatable location for visiting restaurants and eateries.

Never cleaned room during visit. Old underwear in drawer. Dead spider on floor bathroom. Only 2 towels in bathroom. Pool wasn't open till after 1st day. Employee entered room in afternoon without knocking.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I slept like a baby.

There was a fight in the hallway around 5:00 am that woke me and other guests up. I realize this wasn't the hotels fault but it was scary.

staying at red roof inn was a delightful surprise; the staff truly remembers you, adding a personal touch that feels like home, especially after a long business trip.

Tv remove did not work. I went to the front desk explained that it would not work they were supposed to fix it while I went to class and it never did. One Saturday breakfast was supposed to be ready at 6 am they didn't have it set up until 7 AM when it was time for me to leave.

Conveniently located off Route 301.

This hotel was grossly overpriced for the dump it is! Upon arrival, I had to request towels-bathroom only had one hand towel and two wash cloths. Housekeeping never arrived during my two night stay!

Had reservations for Friday and sat and somehow it was set for thurs and Friday had to pay for the extra day and no help in reserving the issue

We stayed for 2 nights in a spacious room with a cozy bed and enjoyed the spa tub, a good surprise! The garden area had a lovely spot to relax under the trees, and the fire pit was perfect for evening chats. Just a heads up, the ice machine was a bit out of the way, but overall, our experience was fantastic 😊

Comfortable large room and bed. Adequate for my needs and stay.

Did not have a clean crisp look and feel. The bathroom was dated. I selected this hotel because they advertised that they had a fitness room; however the equipment was old and not functioning well. My last comment is that, this is a pet friendly hotel, but I think that I brought home a few fleas.

We had a late check in. No problem. Desk staff was friendly and courteous.

Breakfast was mediocre. Weak coffee. The belgian waffle iron was not cooking properly. Attendant said that the batter mix was the cause. Not much variety for breads, bagels, etc.

We explored kayaking at Machodoc Creek Marina and swam in the Potomac River at Colonial Beach. The rooms were nice and clean, and the breakfast was a pleasant surprise with more options than usual.

I did notice some noise issues at night, especially with people running up and down the stairs. It would have been nice if someone could've addressed that.

Room was super clean and cozy, great for families. Appreciated the kitchenette, even though it was bare. Plus, the shower setup was really convenient for my needs.

Good coffee & nice breakfast area..

Sign is not clearly visible from the road..Needs enlarging. Carpet needs replacing. Swimming pool needs new chairs and tables.
